On the morning of June 8, 2023, the School of Pharmacy held the 2023 graduation thesis defense meeting for undergraduate students majoring in pharmacy, and the School of Humanities and International Education Exchange assisted in related work arrangements.
Before the defense, the pharmacy graduates entering the fall of 2019 submitted the relevant materials of graduation design, and after strict review by the instructors and the teachers of the defense team, 7 graduates met the requirements of defense and could participate in the graduation defense. The part of the defense includes students' self-statement, teachers' questions, comments, voting, rigorous and orderly. Through the joint efforts of teachers and students, 7 international students majoring in pharmacy in 2023 successfully completed the defense, and handed in a satisfactory answer paper for their four-year study career.
These are also the first batch of graduates after the enrollment of international students majoring in pharmacy under the integrated system of our university. With the joint efforts of the Academic Affairs Office, the School of Pharmacy and the School of Humanities and International Educational Exchange for four years, we have overcome numerous difficulties and successfully completed various educational and teaching tasks, laying a solid foundation for the development of international education of pharmacy in our university. In particular, it is of great significance in the period of comprehensively promoting the construction of "double first-class" universities and high-level universities with local characteristics.
