On the afternoon of September 18, Song Renjie, a delegation from Yangtze Pharmaceutical Anhui Shanshui Medicine Co., Ltd., led by Song Renjie, Party Secretary, and including Song Zhe, Human Resources Manager, and Bai Guangjun, Key Account Manager, paid a visit to the University for talks on international talent recruitment and training. Ye Lanlan, Party Secretary of the School of Humanities and International Education, Deputy Secretary Gu Yijun, Tao Yaotian, Deputy Party Secretary of the School of Pharmacy, and Vice Dean Wang Guokai attended the meeting.
Ye Lanlan extended a warm welcome to Song Renjie and his team and briefly introduced the current education and teaching situation for international students at our school. Song Renjie explained the company's international business expansion and school-enterprise cooperation in detail. He stated that the company stands ready to actively explore new models of university-enterprise cooperation in international talent, further establish platforms for international students at the University, including corporate study tours, factory-based classrooms and cultural practice, and promote the joint development and sharing of talent-cultivation resources.
Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on the development of internship base construction, international student internships, recruitment, and employment, among other matters, and actively explored cooperative pathways for high-quality internationalized talent cultivation in traditional Chinese medicine.
